As a listed company Intec Ltd will collect certain personal information about its shareholders. Such information may include your name, address, security holding balance, tax file number and bank account details. The primary purpose of collection of personal information is for the maintenance of our shareholder register, facilitating distribution payments and other corporate actions and communications.
If you do not provide complete and accurate information, we may not be able to effectively maintain your security holding.
